A barometer is an instrument used in meteorology to measure atmospheric pressure. Pressure tendency can forecast short term changes in the weather. Sper Scientific offers both the classical dial and weather ball barometers.
I'm thrilled to find a Min-Max Mercury Thermometer available for purchase at a reasonable price. I sometimes have to tap the column lightly with the attached magnet to get the marker back to the mercury, but so far that works well for me to reset the markers each day. Given my interest in seeing a high and low temp at my house each day, this was a smart purchase on my part.
