Universal Transmitter provides continuous online water quality monitoring when paired with a compatible BOQU digital sensor.
Configurations support pH, ORP, residual chlorine, dissolved oxygen, turbidity or suspended solids, with temperature measurement available where supported by the selected sensor.
Designed for panel installation, the DA800 combines a 3.1-inch backlit LCD and five-button interface with two 4–20 mA outputs and RS485 Modbus RTU communication. These interfaces support connection to PLCs and plant monitoring systems, while three relays provide high alarm, low alarm and cleaning control functions.
Historical data logging supports adjustable recording intervals from 1–999 minutes. Stored readings can be viewed on the instrument or exported to a computer in CSV format through the USB Type-C port. A maintenance mode holds the 4–20 mA and RS485 output values during service, while simulation functions help check current outputs and relay operation.
The IP65-rated ABS housing and 4 W power consumption suit fixed monitoring installations in water treatment, wastewater treatment, industrial process water, aquaculture and biological fermentation. The standard power configuration accepts 100–240 VAC; a 24 VDC version is optional.

FAQs
Does the DA800 measure all listed parameters at once?
No. Supported measurements and menu functions depend on the connected sensor and selected configuration.
Can it connect to a PLC?
Yes. It provides RS485 Modbus RTU communication and two 4–20 mA outputs.
Can I export recorded readings?
Yes. Stored data can be copied to a computer in CSV format over USB. Logging pauses while the USB connection is active and resumes after disconnection.
Does every sensor configuration measure temperature?
No. The manual states that turbidity and suspended solids configurations do not provide the temperature setting function. Check the selected sensor's capabilities.
What power supply is required?
The standard version uses 100–240 VAC at 50/60 Hz. A 24 VDC version is optional.
What determines measurement accuracy?
Accuracy and usable measurement range depend on the compatible sensor selected. Refer to that sensor's specifications and calibration requirements.
